We accept all major debit and credit cards with tap to pay functionality, along with payment options such as AfterPay and Affirm (please ensure your digital card is fully set up). If you prefer to pay with cash, we kindly request that you have exact change as we do not keep cash on hand. Thank you for your cooperation.
During service, we have a maximum occupancy of two (2) persons as we do not have a traditional waiting area. Please inform us if you will be waiting or dropping off your vehicle. If you choose to wait, we ask that you patiently sit without distracting our staff as we strive to provide you with excellent service. If you are unable to wait patiently for the duration of your service, we kindly request that you drop off your vehicle.
For mobile services, please ensure there is a working outlet available either inside or outside the location site. In case of inclement weather, clients must provide adequate coverage so that we can proceed with service or reschedule accordingly. During winter months a garage is mandatory for service.
Please note that we do not service Teslas, Lexus vehicles, or 4Runners. Thank you for understanding.
